Xiaogang Zeng was born in China and has been playing Chinese folk music for a long time. Now he is studying at Academy of Music and Drama, Gothenburg University. He plays Qin/Guqin which is Mandarin for "ancient string instrument". Xiaogang has tradition in his blood, while also having a strong desire to explore new worlds.. From traditional music to improvisation, from east to west, Xiaogang tries to interpret qin music in his own unique way.

ULTIMA contemporary music festival

17 of September Xiaogang played at the final concert - Exit, on ULTIMA contemporary music festival at the art academy in Oslo.
